We ask for 50% of the total as a deposit, by bank transfer or PayPal, and the minimum stay for a deposit is two nights. Once that is with us your dates are held. The balance is settled here.

Cancel more than 21 days before your arrival date and there is no charge at all. Inside 21 days we charge 50% of the total. If you leave earlier than the date you booked, 50% of the remaining nights is charged. Deposits are refunded less any bank or postal costs.

Check-in is from 14:00. If you arrive earlier and the room is not ready, leave your luggage with us and go down to the beach. The day of arrival counts as a full day whatever time you get here. Staying past 12:00 costs half the day rate up to 18:00, and a full day after that.

It is not included, but a breakfast basket can be brought to your room in the morning. Every room has a kitchenette if you would rather make your own, and the cafés on the beach are five minutes down the path.

Yes, in most of the apartments, on request, for a surcharge of 20%. The two family apartments with separate bedrooms are the easiest option if you are travelling with children.

Linen and towels are changed every three days. That is a deliberate choice for the sake of the water and the environment here, but if you need them changed more often just ask and we will do it.

Yes, and it is free. The signal is strongest on the terrace and in the central area, where there is also a satellite television, and it reaches some but not all of the rooms.

Honestly, no. The house is built on a steep slope, the rooms are reached by steps, and the path down to the beach is an old stone one. We would rather tell you now than have you discover it on arrival.

Yes, and it is not included in our rates. For furnished rooms and apartments the overnight stay tax is €0.50 per room per night, paid here at the end of your stay.
